Build with Purpose and Pride

Make a difference on and off the job site by supporting our country, our communities, and the people who depend on the places we build.

Why We Do What We Do

At AACON, building is more than concrete, steel, and schedules. It’s a way of serving. Every project we take on directly supports the men and women who defend our nation, as well as the federal partners who safeguard its people and resources. From building and repairing facilities on military bases, to restoring campuses for the Department of Veterans Affairs, to improving sites for the USDA, EPA, Forest Service, Fish and Wildlife, and National Park Service — our work helps others carry out their vital missions.

For many of us, that’s the real motivation. The paycheck matters, but the purpose matters more. We see ourselves as quiet contributors, strengthening the foundation for those who protect, heal, and preserve. It’s a privilege to play a part. Our team takes pride in the work we do every day.

When you join AACON, you’re not just building structures; you're building a community. You’re supporting missions, standing behind service members, and helping care for our nation’s people and places. That’s why we do what we do.

Life at AACON

Building with Pride, Serving with Purpose.

We’re more than builders. We’re a team united by purpose.

Every project gives us the chance to support those who serve our nation and to stand behind federal partners who protect our people and resources. Along the way, we grow together, learning from each other and building futures as strong as the projects we deliver.
