About this Project
This Prime Contract consisted of the interior construction for an 11,000 sq. ft. building to accommodate 4900 sq. ft. of administrative offices and employee spaces, a retail showroom and 6800 sq. ft. of warehouse space. The project was complete in June of 2014. Work was accomplished on an aggressive schedule requiring close coordination of trades and tight sequencing of work activities. The administrative office area consists of standard finishes and accommodates executive offices, and open floor plan for additional office space, a conference room, and a kitchen area. Vignettes were constructed in the show room area, and the warehouse featured 20 foot ceilings with a racking system.
