About this Project
The Short Term Rehab Facility CLC Phase III Project was a 26,000 sq. ft. facility built from ground up within city limits on a constrained site. AACON was the Prime Contractor on this Design/Build project, construction cost exceeded $8.6 million. Once the facility was complete, it provided the hospital with 16 patient rooms, kitchen area, dining room, nurses station, rehab area, chapel, courtyard and 20 plus restrooms. The facility was open to the public in May of 2016.
