US Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, SDVOSB Multiple Award Task Order Contract: Renovate Restrooms DFAS Building 21 DSCC

AACON was awarded this contract from the SDVOSB Construction MATOC in the Fall of 2018. The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Building 21 is a seven story building located at DLA’s Defense Supply Center in Columbus, OH. The project consisted of the renovation and conversion of restrooms throughout the building including the removal and replacement of 200+ flush valves for water closets and urinals, the removal and replacement of all lavoratory faucets, and the installation of new partitions and countertops in select restrooms. Only two restrooms per floor could be shut down at any given time, and AACON worked closely with the client to schedule the renovations to minimize impact to DFAS personnel. AACON completed the project on budget and ahead of schedule.
